Position Overview

Location: Hougang area

Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (option to extend)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Fridays: 8am to 5.30pm
  • Service not required on weekends, school holidays and public holidays

Job scope:

  • Provide administrative support, such as drafting reports and recording details of latecomers
  • Maintain proper organisation of records and case files
  • Handling of handphone confiscation processes
  • Managing after-school rooms, including designing and curating activities for students

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
  • Registered with MOE REMS
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • People-oriented with good communication skills and ability to work in a team
