We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and energetic Student Experience Officer to join our team at the Adelaide campus.

This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional student experience by guiding students through their life cycle, providing pastoral care, and supporting their overall welfare. Collaborating closely with other teams across the campus and the wider business, our goal is to provide the ultimate student experience.

Other Key Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for KBS students (on campus and online), delivering a welcoming and supportive service.


• Provide high-quality customer service with accurate advice on KBS programs, services, and academic progression.
