Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Software & Application Support Specialist to join a well-established public sector organization in Harrison, NY. In this role you will serve as a primary resource for end users across multiple client sites, helping them navigate, learn, and get the most out of the data processing applications and software systems they rely on every day.
