Roles and Responsibilities of STSR :Shift Incharge

1. Service to the customer by Intact and timely Pickup and delivery of shipments (field work)
2. Managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth movement of shipments.
3. Following established guidelines for handling shipments, safety protocols and quality standards.
4. Ensure connection of shipments picked up from own route
5. Develop territory / route.
6. Grow business with existing customers in the route
7. Generating Sales lead
8. Self grooming and upgradation of product and operations knowledge
9. Managing shift and manpower effectively involves careful planning, communication, and monitoring to ensure operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
