Repo & Risk Transformation Structuring (R&RT) is a successful and strategically important front office desk, and you'll be responsible for innovating and structuring fixed income financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes to service the UK, EU and APAC customer base . You'll be involved in product development to market new ideas to support structuring activities, pitching and negotiating transactions with clients, undertaking research and analysis of asset classes, as well as working with a range of stakeholders across the bank .
