If located within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, Portland, or Phoenix → hybrid (min 2 days onsite/week). 

Otherwise → fully remote.

Location requirement: Currently open only to candidates in the USA Northwest Region (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY). Other US regions will open soon.
