EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•Associate’s Degree in structural design, architectural design or other related design technology at an accredited university, college or junior college.
• At least five years of experience in Structural design related work, preferably in substations or transmission lines.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Ability to understand the impact design changes have across all drawings and how drawings are interrelated
• Capacity to apply spatial awareness when working with 2D drawings (i.e. clearances, interferences)
• Responsible, consistent, and flexible time management (i.e. project management, prioritization of projects based on deadlines and complexities, considering time for multiple review processes)
• Collaborate with engineering and peers, asking questions, conveying challenges/issues with projects, and sharing timeline statuses (i.e. attend project meetings, asking for/...
