**Position Overview:**

The Strategy BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst is a high-visibility, hybrid role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, visual analytics, continuous process improvement, and healthcare leadership. Operating as an internal partner within the Strategy department at Holy Cross Health, you will not just build dashboards—you will own the entire lifecycle of strategic data initiatives. You will partner directly with hospital executives, clinical directors, and operational leaders to uncover business needs, optimize operational workflows, independently query data, and deliver the **business intelligence** that drives growth, market share, and operational excellence across the organization. Familiarity with healthcare strategic growth platforms, particularly Vizient/Sg2, is highly advantageous.
