Job Purpose

We are seeking a Strategy Analytics Manager to join the Strategy function within Operations, Collections, Recoveries, and Compliance (OCR) at Nedbank. This role is responsible for translating data into strategic insight, leveraging advanced analytics to shape, optimise, and continuously refine end-to-end client and portfolio strategies. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to drive data‑led decisioning, performance optimisation, and value creation across operations, collections, and recoveries. The role requires a strong blend of analytical rigour, strategic thinking, and consulting capability, with the ability to influence outcomes at an executive level. Exceptional storytelling, insight translation, and executive‑level PowerPoint development are critical to success.
