Strategic Talent Sourcing and Partnerships Head

The Head of Strategic Talent Sourcing & Partnerships is responsible for building long‑term, executive‑level talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and external partnerships. This role focuses on anticipating future critical talent needs, cultivating high‑value talent communities, and forming strategic alliances with external institutions, industry networks, and niche talent ecosystems. This position is deliberately distinct from operational recruitment and employer branding execution. While it partners closely with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, its mandate is to create sustainable access to scarce and senior talent, reduce dependency on reactive hiring, and strengthen the Bank’s long‑term talent advantage.
