4Recruitment Services is seeking a proactive People Business Partner for a temporary full-time role based in Rochford, Essex. This position involves providing expert HR support, acting as a trusted adviser, and handling a varied caseload related to employee relations, HR policies, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience, knowledge of employment legislation, and be qualified to level 5 CIPD. The position offers £24 per hour PAYE, negotiable.

You will work collaboratively to support organizational development and deliver HR and OD initiatives.
