Position Overview
Responsibilities - Execute the end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to Retail Banking objectives.
- Manage and grow partnership strategies across key verticals: Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle
- Pre-onboarding and post onboarding management of Identified partnerships
- Governance of partnership agreements (e.g., co-branding, affiliate models, referrals, product bundling).
- Serve as the relationship manager for allocated partnerships.
- Work closely with product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver partnership initiatives and commercial outcomes.
- Align partnership activities with internal stakeholders and governance requirements.
- Build and manage the partnership P&L, setting KPIs for performance tracking.
- Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of active partnerships.
