About this job:
To secure, manage and achieve maximum sales in events, social & recreational activities, etc. to meet revenue forecasts within NTUC Club's venues and event facilities, serving corporate and individual clients across Singapore.
Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts
Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
Conduct site inspection for potential clients
Generate proposals and contracts
Communicating client’s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues to maximise guest satisfaction
