Position Summary

The Director, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading the identification, development, and execution of high-impact critical initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and transformation across the region and/or global function. The role works closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensures alignment across commercial, operational, and functional groups, delivering measurable outcomes within a sophisticated, matrixed environment.
