Team Overview

The eXperience & Deals Marketing Team (XDMT) partners with the Sales organization to support strategic, high-value client engagements across three core areas:

• Strategic Deal Pursuits: Enabling high-intensity global pursuits across the deal lifecycle through differentiated marketing interventions.
• Brand Experience: Driving immersive brand storytelling at our Global Customer Experience Centers in Noida and New Jersey.
• Client Engagements: Creating high-touch experiences for focus accounts with complex engagement needs, including large-scale rebadging programs (e.G., Verizon Business).

The team collaborates closely with Business Units, Solutions, Practices, Pre-sales, and other Marketing teams to position HCLTech effectively in competitive, high-stakes opportunities.
