Summary
- This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority, focused on leading the development and delivery of Prevention Strategy and All-Age Carers Strategy within Adult Social Care. The position is pivotal in driving a system-wide approach to prevention, empowering residents to live independently, enhancing wellbeing outcomes, and optimising resource utilization. The role requires collaboration across council departments, health partners, and the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to co-create sustainable solutions that prevent, reduce, and delay the need for statutory services.
