Full time | Hybrid | HO is in Northampton (travel required to our network of nurseries)

Salary: From £50k per annum + car allowance

Qualifications in Property/Estate Management (MRICS desirable) and a full UK driving licence are required.

We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Asset Manager to optimise and protect the value of a UK-wide portfolio of 120–150 nursery properties . This is a senior, commercially focused role where you’ll shape and deliver asset strategies that directly support business performance.
