We’re seeking an experienced Strata Manager to take the lead on a primarily residential portfolio around Bankstown, with a mix of Schedule B’s (approx. 45%).

Managing a residential strata portfolio end-to-end, including Schedule B’s

Liaising with owners, committees, and contractors to ensure smooth operations

Overseeing financials, budgets, and reports with accuracy

Leading and mentoring a small team where needed

Collaborating with dedicated Strata Assistants who provide strong administrative support
