About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Storeman
to join our kitchen team. The storeman job responsibilities are: Inventory & Stock Control
Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices. Verify quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging condition. Record stock movement accurately in inventory system or stock cards. Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices for all food items. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly stock take. Any other work duties assigned by superior. Storage & Handling Storw raw materials, ingredients, and packaging correctly in dry, chiller, or freezer areas. Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and cleanliness of storage areas. Monitor temperature and storage conditions according to food safety requirements. Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene standards at all times. Issuance & Coordination Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen production based on requisitions.
