Summary
To Give functional support to the CMMS Administrator for inventory control tasks (i.e. receiving, inventory and issuing spare parts via CMMS and Oracle.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately receive Stock, Nonstock, VMI, CAR Project parts, via Tabware and Oracle.
Responsible for resolving issues on the Invoice On Hold report and Invoiced but Not Received report.Responsible for labeling all parts and bins accurately. Also, adding blank repair tags to repairable parts when received.
Issue requested parts from stock to work orders.
Assist in ensuring proper stock levels are met.Must be able to operate forklift, enter work orders when maintenance is needed, responsible for daily checks, and keeping lift filled with fuel.Coordinate with the Maintenance Planning Department to stage requested MRO parts.Perform cycle counts of stocked inventory.Make...
