Position Overview
Storekeeper
- To handle the entire transaction and work system of Parts Department, Store & Counter.
- Responsible to check stock inventory without discrepancy.
- To maintain supplies of inventory by checking stock determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- To check and verify receipt of parts from supplier and forwarder or any related parties.
- To assist in packaging and delivery arrangement of parts to customers.
- To report any discrepancy of parts in terms of quality and qunatity to customer.
- To report any discrepancy of parts in terms of quality and quantity to Supervisor.
- To check and verify parts to be supplied and delivered to customers.
- To load and unloading parts and placing parts in appropriate storage location.
