Job Description
The Store Team Member/Key Holder supports the mission of Methodist Senior Services by helping oversee the daily operations of Serving Grace Resale Shop. This position assists with store operations, customer service, merchandising, donation processing, volunteer supervision, and sales activities while helping create a welcoming and mission-focused shopping experience.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, customer service, cashiering, or nonprofit resale experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when operating the store alone
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, donors, and customers
