What you’ll own

• Full P&L: revenue, labour, COGS, margin
• Team: hiring, scheduling, training, culture
• Daily operations: openings, closings, stock, suppliers, quality
• Guest experience and the standards that define the brand from launch

Requirements

You're a fit if you have

• 3+ years managing a café, juice bar, or premium F&B concept
• A real grasp of numbers — you read a P&L without flinching
• Experience hiring and developing small teams (4–10)
