About the role

The Retail Store Manager will ensure a smooth running of all store daily operations and customer orders, all the way through to sale completion and after‑sales experience.

With natural leadership, you will motivate, develop and empower our retail team to think independently and commercially. You will keep the team and yourself strategically in line with our company vision and policies, driving the business forward on our long‑term growth plans and contributing to the greater success of the company.
