Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Fully immerse in Pandora’s brand, culture and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage with customers on the sales floor and drive store sales.
- Coach, mentor and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
- Set and exceed store sales goals and KPIs, creating unforgettable shopping moments for many.
- Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their targets.
- Identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations in partnership with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources.
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising, operational procedures and continuous talent development.
- Recruit, retain and develop exceptional talent; plan succession and internal mobility.
