Position Overview

Lead from the front at Macpac Te Rap, where adventure meets high trade and pace never slows.
You’ll drive a team of 10+ in a large-format store, built on performance, strong visuals, and sharp commercial thinking. Owning everything from KPIs and stock to rostering and results, all while shaping a diverse, engaged crew that knows how to win.
Tuesday to Saturday, the balance you deserve!
