A true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead and develop your teams, and ensure a dynamic customer experience aligned with the Bershka universe and Inditex group standards.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management & Performance

• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
• Optimize stock management and product rotation
• Ensure alignment between product offering, trends, and commercial performance

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the implementation of Bershka VM guidelines
• Execute collections in line with the latest trends
• Create an attractive, dynamic, and fashion-oriented store environment
• Train and support teams on VM standards and styling
