Qualifications:

-Preferably bachelors degree holder

-With or without experience

-Fluent in English

-Must have good communication skills.

-Strong negotiation and management abilities

- With pleasing personality



Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms

- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands

- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal

- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts



*Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY

*Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included)
