> Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands

> Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal

> Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts

> With pleasing personality



>Preferably bachelors degree holder



>Experience in similar field is highly preferable



> Must be Fluent in English



> Strong negotiation and management abilities



>Female with Pleasing personality
