2023 was a record year for LOJEL. After launching LOJEL USA in 2018 and LOJEL Canada in 2023, we’re opening our first North American store in Vancouver, BC set to open in late summer, 2024. We’re excited to build and grow our local LOJEL community and get to know new customers, build on existing customer relationships, and deliver local community events in-store.

We’re looking for personable and hardworking individuals to join our retail team and help us deliver customer‑centric experiences and services in-store. In this role, you’ll be providing product and brand education to our customers, along with technical services such as product repairs and personalization. We’re passionate about sustainability and we hope you are too! This role will report to the Store Manager and be based at the store in Vancouver, BC.
