Key Responsibilities
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service and lasting impressions.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers, educate them on products, build rapport, and maintain relationships.
- Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Manage cash, adhere to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
