Responsibilities

• Maintain a supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, etc. for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel.
• Ensure a clean kitchen environment.
• Complete work projects assigned by the Sous Chef.
• Maintain a positive approach, excellent organizational skills and a passion for producing high‑quality customer care.
• Pay attention to detail with the ability to use initiative.
