AsState Manager, first and foremost, you will be a natural leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of life experience.

Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for the leadership and development of the showroom team, have a strong understanding of products, company procedures and client interactions.

You will be a self-starter who can readily create rapport with people at all levels whilst keeping sight of the bigger picture.

You will drive sales growth across all customer categories  by servicing and nurturing existing customers as well as proactively prospecting new opportunities and customers within the design and retail segment to promote products.

About the role

• Lead and manage the team and have an active presence in the Showroom (minimum three days per week and outbound two days per week)
• Train and coach the team, ensuring clarity on job expectations and celebrating successes
