Stakeholder Coordinator (Rail Infrastructure)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map all project stakeholders including authorities, utility providers and third parties
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals, permits and NOCs
  • Manage communication between project teams and external stakeholders
  • Track stakeholder deliverables and ensure timely responses
  • Resolve conflicts arising from stakeholder requirements or constraints
  • Support integration of stakeholder requirements into design and construction plans
  • Maintain stakeholder logs and reporting systems

Experience

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure or engineering projects
  • Experience with rail or transport authorities is advantageous

Qualifications

Technical or engineering related university degree
