Stage Experience Lead – Full Time
Oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance and Haircare.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on‑stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond timely to all client feedback and partner with direct managers to resolve issues via the client service hotline or direct client feedback.
- Embrace innovation by ensuring all cast are properly trained in Client Interactive Technology.
- Support in‑store events to help the store achieve its goals and meet client needs.
- Coach and develop cast for performance management situations, delivering timely feedback and participating in regular check‑ins with direct reports.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
