**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, Leave of Absence and/or Case Management experience in the disability/worker’s compensation/FMLA counseling area
+ Up to 10% travel as needed
+ Experience in procedure development and process improvement to enhance service delivery efficiency
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with all levels of the business
