Staff Project/Program Mgmt Specialist

Job Description

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Take total ownership of the product development lifecycle from start to finish.
+ Partner with the Hi-Rel Division PMO lead to track critical project metrics/KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement, and manufacturability). Participate in Annual Operation Planning to estimate, forecast, and manage project/portfolio spending to ensure alignment with forecasts.
+ Build trust and collaborate closely with functional leadership to identify and remove execution roadblocks, mitigate risks, and continuously improve team efficiencies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional peers across other business groups to harvest best practices and lessons learned, ensuring the Hi-Rel Product group remains in sync with global One Renesas methodologies, tools, and systems.
