About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the charter around Promotions and Loyalty at Nykaa Beauty. This critical role focuses on the lower funnel for the beauty business, ensuring purchase enablement and leveraging incentives to drive key business outcomes.

1. Promotional Levers
Own the discovery and selection of the right promotional and incentive levers for the right users at the right time
Strategize on, build and deploy promotions across the funnel with inputs from business stakeholders using constructs like discounting, coupons, offers, free gifts etc
