**Position Purpose:**

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Staff Physician** to join our team at Mercy Clinic Downtown. Under the direction of the Medical Director, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved populations. The Staff Physician will also provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to support the clinic’s mission of holistic, accessible healthcare.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Deliver direct patient care to a diverse population, primarily adults and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases.
+ Supervise and consult with mid-level providers and clinical staff.
+ Ensure compliance with medical protocols, pharmacy and radiology procedures, and regulatory standards including CLIA, HIPAA, PCER, and OSHA.
