Brought into the hospice team as a Staff Nurse , you will provide holistic, person‑centred care to individuals and their loved ones, managing complex symptoms, and contributing to a culture of compassion, collaboration and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Working : participate in the organisation of the nursing team and the ward in the absence of the Band 5B and/or Ward Sister/Charge Nurse; ensure adequate staffing of the ward; participate in change and development of practice; maintain effective communication networks throughout the hospice.
