The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with organizational policies and unit scope of service. The nurse ensures timely and accurate documentation, effective use of Malaffi, and adherence to evidence‑based practices. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, initiating interventions, escalating care when needed, ensuring safe medication administration following all regulatory and SEHA guidelines, participating in discharge planning, referrals, patient advocacy, and promoting service excellence in a multicultural healthcare environment.
