We are seeking Mental Health Nurses (RMNS) for our Specialist Mother & Baby Unit (MBU); this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team at Jasmine Lodge a purpose built 8 bedded unit in Exeter, Devon.

You will have the opportunity to work therapeutically with women, their infant and the wider families to support recovery and discharge.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, commitment to working flexibly, participating in the internal 24 hours, 7 day a week rota to meet the needs of people who use our services, be able to demonstrate effective working in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

This role is on a ward that operates on a 24/7 shift basis and therefore enables staff to qualify for unsocial enhancements in addition to their basic pay.
