Staff Lpn Opportunity At Saint Joseph's Medical Center

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Staff LPN for our Opioid Treatment Program. LPN will administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator. Update and maintain necessary clinic records. Document the narcotic count daily.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited LPN School
• NYS LPN License
• BLS
