Leads the design, development, and governance of automation platforms to improve **speed, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency** while aligning automation initiatives with global strategies

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and smart manufacturing across production lines.
+ Lead automation standards, best practices, and technology selection at plant or regional level.
+ Select, standardize, and govern **automation tools and platforms**

+ Define and own the **automation software strategy and roadmap**

Qualifications

**Education**
