REQUIREMENTS
Total experience 6 years Strong experience in creating Business Intelligence & Reporting content and documentation. Expertise in developing technical/product documentation for complex platforms and workflows. Hands-on experience in creating training videos using screen recording and video editing tools. Experience in developing e-learning content and role-based learning paths. Strong understanding of translating configuration-heavy workflows into simple, reusable content. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments with product and engineering teams. Knowledge of documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, GitBook, MkDocs, Sphinx, MadCap Flare, DITA, or Notion. Experience with video tools such as Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, Snagit, Desc...
