My client is a serious engineering business working close to the metal - this is genuine low-level systems work for someone who enjoys understanding what's happening beneath the abstractions. This is a Staff-level role at the top of the engineering team, combining deep technical contribution with the influence to shape direction.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own meaningful parts of a complex system, make architectural calls and raise the bar for the engineers around them.
