At RBC Borealis, we’re building the AI Agent Platform that will redefine how financial services are developed, deployed, and run securely at scale. Our team powers intelligent, autonomous agents across multi‑cloud environments including OpenShift, AWS, and Azure. What will you do?

Design, build, and maintain services that enable secure, scalable, and observable AI agent workloads across multiple environments. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to define and implement technical standards, APIs, and best practices. Drive the development of platform capabilities including identity, networking, observability, and runtime orchestration. Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge sharing.
