Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance company. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.

+ Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts.

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

+ Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
