Job Description: Staff Accountant
Position Overview: Ayvaz Pizza, in collaboration with Support Zebra, is seeking two Staff Accountants to support accounting operations for its Burger King and Pizza Hut brands.
The accountants will handle key financial tasks and assist with the transition to the ADP payroll system.
Positions:
- 1 Staff Accountant for Burger King
- 1 Staff Accountant for Pizza Hut
Location: Remote (Mexico, GDL Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and process vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Retrieve and process chargebacks for both brands.
- Assist with journal entries and month-end closing activities.
- Support year-end audit preparations and respond to audit requests.
