Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced welding procedures and specifications to ensure structural integrity and code compliance for complex projects.
• Oversee welding quality control, conducting rigorous inspections and non‑destructive testing (NDT) to identify and rectify potential defects before they impact project timelines.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide expert input on weldability, material selection, and joint design, optimizing for manufacturability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical welding issues in real time, minimizing downtime and preventing costly rework on high‑stakes projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) Certification – Mandatory.
